Marchetti Autogru S.p.A. was founded in 1956 by Luigi Marchetti in Piacenza in northern Italy. Today, the company is run by second generation Matteo Marchetti.
 
With over 60 years of experience in the development and manufacture of mobile cranes, the family-owned company today stands for high-quality and extremely robust cranes. Marchetti has always managed to adapt to changing market needs and has brought innovative products to the market, such as the Trio or Sherpa. Since its founding, over 2'500 cranes of various designs have been manufactured and sold all over the world.
Today more than 90 people work at Marchetti in development and production at its site in Piacenza, Italy, about 30 minutes from Milan. The product portfolio includes crawler cranes and construction telescopic cranes from 30 to over 70 tons lift capacity. Marchetti has a worldwide dealer and service network with a special focus on Europe, Asia and the Gulf States.
